Product description
Turku is a pared-back wooden chair with crisp contemporary geometry that feels at home even in a compact dining area. The seat and back are gently curved and follow the natural lines of the body, while the construction stays visually light.
The chair is all wood: with no fabric it is practical in everyday use and shows the texture of natural solid wood. The frame is made of oak or ash. Wood finishes are oils, a stain and extra-matt lacquers: from natural and bleached to smoky and dark shades; the list is in the selector on the page.
Overall dimensions 490 × 490 × 853 mm, seat height 490 mm, load up to 120 kg. Turku can stand by a minimalist table, in a Scandinavian interior, or join a more classic setting as a calm contemporary accent. It suits a home, a café, a restaurant or a hotel.
Tip: if you want the same geometry but with a soft seat and back, take a look at the soft Turku. For a rounder wooden silhouette — Hanko or Kodama. Warranty: 18 months.
