Warranty Terms and Rules for Using VENETO Furniture

Product acceptance rules

When receiving the furniture, carefully inspect the item, check its completeness, appearance, and the proper functioning of all transformation mechanisms.

Please note: any damage or defects discovered after the product has been accepted cannot be grounds for further claims.

The following are not considered product defects:

• Minor creases on the fabric that appear during use and can be easily smoothed out.

• Creases that are part of the model’s design concept.

• Natural stretching of the fabric in the course of use.

• Slight differences in fabric shades, asymmetry of the pattern or decorative elements.

• A light natural sound of the transformation mechanisms during use.

The warranty period for VENETO furniture is 20 months from the date the product is shipped and is confirmed by the sales receipt or the shipping document.

Rules for using upholstered furniture

To preserve the appearance and performance characteristics of the furniture, we recommend following these rules:

• Use the furniture indoors at temperatures from -10°C to +35°C and air humidity from 45% to 70%.

• Do not place the furniture in damp rooms or near wet walls.

• When moving the furniture, lift it slightly above the floor and do not hold it by the upholstery, cushions, or armrests.

• Place the furniture at least 0.5–1 m away from heat sources.

• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent the fabric from fading.

• Do not sit on the backrests and armrests and do not overload the structure.

• Avoid contact with sharp objects.

• Check and, if necessary, tighten bolts and screws from time to time.

• Avoid intensive children’s games and jumping on the furniture.

• Take into account the possible impact of pets on the upholstery and decorative elements.

Operating features

Before you start using the furniture, please note:

• New furniture may have a characteristic smell of materials, which disappears after some time.

• After transportation, soft elements may partially lose their shape – we recommend lightly fluffing the cushions to restore their appearance.

• During use, the fabric may naturally stretch, change its sheen, or form local seating areas – this is a natural feature of upholstered furniture and is not considered a defect.

• The shade of the fabric or leather may vary slightly depending on the material batch and lighting.

Care recommendations

For the care of VENETO furniture, we recommend:

• Regularly clean the surface with a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment.

• Wipe wooden and laminated parts with a soft dry cloth.

• Remove stains immediately after they appear.

• Use only care products designed for upholstery fabrics.

We do not recommend:

• Using abrasive products and hard brushes.

• Using aggressive chemicals or bleaches.

• Combining several cleaning products at the same time.

Before using any product, carefully read the manufacturer’s instructions.

Warranty terms

Warranty service is provided in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects of materials.

• Defects arising from violations of the production technology.

• Repair or replacement of faulty parts and mechanisms of manufacturing origin.

If the necessary materials are not available, the repair period may be extended by agreement with the customer.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Absence of the warranty card or proof of purchase.

• Expiration of the warranty period.

• Mechanical damage not caused by the manufacturer.

• Damage or contamination of the fabric.

• Failure to follow the rules for using and caring for the furniture.

VENETO product warranty

High quality is the main rule of VENETO. This is due to the observance of all the rules of the technological cycle of production - from the formation of foams and hardening of springs to the packaging of products in film. 

On mattresses	20 years
For mattresses (use in common areas)	36 months
On sofas (domestic use)	20 months
On sofas (use in common areas)	12 months
On upholstered beds (domestic use)	20 months
On soft beds (operation in common areas)	12 months
For cabinet furniture (domestic use)	20 months
For cabinet furniture (use in common areas)	12 months
On the orthopedic bed frame	18 months
For textile products	18 months

Our delivery staff will provide you with the original warranty card, payment, delivery and handover documents together with the goods. 

You can always check the completeness of the goods and the absence of external defects in the presence of our delivery staff. At your request, our staff can unpack the mattress and put it on the bed, and you can test it by lying on it. If you have any complaints about the appearance or workmanship of the product, we will replace it and deliver your order again.
