Terms of the “Pay in equal installments” program from Veneto
The buyer has the right to purchase Veneto products under the “Pay in 6 Months” program, provided that the amount of the check is 10,000 UAH or more:
- Payment in 6 (six) equal parts
- The first payment shall be made by the Buyer upon placing the order and signing the Agreement
- 5 (five) - monthly, no later than the 20th (twentieth) day of the month, starting from the next month.
The Buyer has the right to purchase Veneto Goods under the program “Pay in equal installments for 10 months”, provided that the amount of the check is UAH 100,000 or more:
- Payment in 10 (ten) equal parts
- The first payment is paid by the Buyer when placing an order and signing the Agreement
- 9 (nine) - monthly, no later than the 20th (twentieth) day, starting from the next month.
On condition of purchasing products according to the promotion “Discount -15% for mattress + bed set (bundle)” or promotion “Discount -10% to defenders and their families”, with the amount of the check for UAH 10 000 and more, the Buyer has the right to purchase Veneto products according to the program “Pay in installments for 4 months”:
- The first payment of 30% is paid by the Buyer when placing an order and signing the Agreement
- The balance is divided into three equal parts and paid monthly, not later than the 20th (twentieth) day, starting from the next month.
Interest rate - 0%, no insurance, no income statement.
*Goods with any discounts of current promotions cannot be purchased under this program.
**Non-standard items are not eligible for the program due to the fact that the customer must make a 100% prepayment for this order prior to production.

Product description
Kodama with soft pads has the same calm form in natural wood, but with a soft seat and back for those who like to linger at the table. The pads add textile texture and colour to the wood: the chair becomes softer both to the touch and to the eye.
The frame is made of solid oak or ash, your choice; the soft seat and back pads sit on a beech base. Wood finishes are oils, a stain and extra-matt lacquers: from natural wax oil to smoky, bleached and dark shades; the list is in the selector on the page. The fabric for the pads is chosen from the VENETO collections.
Overall dimensions 494 × 542 × 778 mm, seat height 500 mm, load up to 120 kg. The chair belongs to the Kodama collection and goes with the Kodama dining table in the same finish.
Tip: the soft and the all-wood versions have the same dimensions, so they can be combined around one table. If you need full upholstery rather than pads, take a look at Turku or Hanko with a soft seat and back. Warranty: 18 months.
