Samba New is a straight sofa bed with a removable quilted cover that makes caring for the upholstery easier. Whether and how it can be washed should be checked against the care instructions for the specific fabric. It unfolds into a 1420 × 2040 mm double bed with a click-clack mechanism.
At its core is a mattress of the Family Style Plus construction, with a Multi Pocket Spring TPS unit, ReFiberMix thermal felt and Ecofoam orthopaedic foam. It rests on a slatted base, so the sofa is fit for everyday sleeping. The cover is quilted with thermally bonded ThermoFiber polyester fibre and Protect Layer spunbond.
There is bedding storage under the seat. Overall dimensions 2040 × 1150 × 1030 mm, unfolded 2040 × 1420 × 405 mm. Seat height 450 mm, seat depth 700 mm, load up to 100 kg. The frame combines solid wood, a metal frame and beech slats.
Samba New is for those who value a removable cover, a slatted base and a fold-out sleeping area. If you want a lower, deeper seat with large cushions, take a look at Chester New. Upholstery comes in more than 20 VENETO fabric collections, each in many colours; the price depends on the fabric price group. Warranty: 20 months.
