Markus is an armchair that transforms from a seat into a single sleeping place. It comes in handy when guests stay overnight and there is no room for a separate bed: in a child's room, a study or a small flat.
It transforms with the Aleko mechanism, which lets you change the configuration of the armchair. The seat and backrest are filled with Ecofoam orthopaedic foam and polyester fibre on a wooden base. The upholstery is furniture fabric. The legs are alder, finished with lacquer.
Armchair dimensions 1100 × 870 × 780 mm, permissible load 120 kg. The upholstery is chosen from the VENETO fabric collections — the list is in the selector on the product page. The upholstery can be matched to the sofa's fabric to make a set in the room, or chosen in a contrasting colour.
Tip: if guests will stay often and in pairs, a sofa bed is the better option, for example the compact Patrik. Markus is for those who need an armchair by day and, now and then, a separate sleeping place for one. Warranty: 20 months.
