Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of goods by the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Conditions of return for goods of proper quality
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” there are two reasons for which the buyer can return or exchange the purchased goods:
- If the goods do not meet the quality declared by the manufacturer;
- if the product fully meets all requirements, but for some reason does not suit the buyer.
The return must be of good quality, namely
- the product packaging is not damaged
- the complete set is complete
- no mechanical damage of any kind
- no traces of use
Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Returns are made at the expense of the Sender.
Refunds are made in a convenient way for the client within 3 working days after the seller receives and checks the goods.
Terms of return of goods of inadequate quality:
- According to Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, in case of detection of defects during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the time limits established by law, has the right to demand:
- proportional reduction of the price;
- free elimination of defects in the goods;
- reimbursement of expenses for the elimination of defects in the goods.
- in case of defects in the goods that cannot be repaired, the Client may request a replacement of the goods or a refund informing about the receipt of goods of inadequate quality must be made within the first 24 hours after the receipt of the goods by the Client by phone, e-mail to reclamation@veneto.ua and info@veneto.ua, or by phone +38 050 381 21 63.
The consumer's claims provided for in this Article shall not be subject to fulfillment if the seller, manufacturer (enterprise that satisfies the consumer's claims established by part one of this Article) proves that the defects of the goods arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules for using the goods or their storage. The consumer has the right to participate in the quality control of the goods in person or through his/her representative.
Refunds are made at the expense of the Recipient.
Refunds are made in a way convenient for the client within 3 business days after the seller receives and checks the goods.
According to the Law “On Consumer Protection”, the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that cannot be returned and exchanged.
The following goods are not subject to return: discounted goods, goods assembled or damaged after purchase, mattresses (unpackaged / with broken packaging or used), goods that were made or delivered to an individual order.
Attention! If the product is individual, made to individual sizes and / or in a certain upholstery chosen by the customer, then this product belongs to the list of goods in the Appendix No. 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 No. 172 (List of Goods of Good Quality Not Subject to Exchange (Return)).
